Sadly, this bad officiating is distracting many people from the real problems the Steelers have, which is they are undisciplined and don’t have good players on defense. Too bad the Rooney family will never fire any coaches because tradition.

The Patriots out-Tomlined the Steelers today. The committed a bunch of pre-snap penalties, continued to put slow LBs on much quicker backs, and forced their QB to try to win the game all by himself. It is so much fun when someone else does it. I bet the Patriots go 50 burger in consecutive weeks to close out the

I have been watching them. The Cowboys are a time bomb waiting to go off. The Redskins are a dumpster fire currently ablaze. The Eagles are playing like they celebrated a Super Bowl win a bit too hard and are hung over.

Nah. The Cowboys will find ways to fuck this up. Either Linehan will fuck it up, Garrett will fuck it up, or Jerry Jones will fuck it up.

Let’s see, what reasons would fans not show up to a stadium on game day:

Another reason to consider about Bell’s holdout: This is not Todd Haley’s offense anymore. Through 9 games, I can say this is very far from what Haley liked to do. The center is pulling more often, the QB is actually sneaking for 1st downs (hell, Roethlisberger is running much more, period), and the route combos

The Lions would have killed for Stafford to have those 3 good games. Sure, we can ALL look now and say the Flacco deal in 2013 was outrageous. The Ravens took the risk and it has not worked out. After all, the Ravens made the playoffs just once since those 3 good games. I will say the dumb move was when the Ravens

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. If Flacco had gone to the Jets or Bills and did OK there and the Ravens went into the tank, the fanbase would have been up in arms. Unlike Dilfer, Flacco was not a supporting character during that Super Bowl run. Yes, the Ravens are in the worst position a team can be in:

One you forgot to mention: the Ravens have a Super Bowl trophy that Flacco helped deliver to the organization and fanbase that brought the overwhelmingly large contract.

I imagine this upcoming Jets-Bills game will get minus ratings in Magary’s throwgasms on Thursday. I bet Vegas will have a line on who throws more picks, Darnold or Peterman. Yikes.

I am still wondering how the hell did this team make the playoffs last season and only lost in the playoffs by a few points to the Jaguars??

What is even more messed up is that the Steelers made the same mistake last year in Kansas City. Antonio Brown forgot to field the safety punt and the Chiefs recovered it. Danny Smith, the special teams coach for the Steelers, is inept.

Yeah, I would much rather see an infield of Turner at 3B, Seager at SS (and making MUCH LESS money than Machado), Hernandez/Taylor/free agent at 2B, Muncy at 1B permanently with an outfield of Pederson at LF, Bellinger at CF most of the time, and Puig at RF. Dodgers will make a qualifying offer just so they can get a

The most amazing thing about Buehler’s start were the reactions from the Red Sox lineup, who are usually cheerful, happy-go-lucky, smiling bunch who keep all negative reactions to themselves. This had to be the first time I saw Betts, Martinez, and the Sox just shake their heads not in frustration but in total defeat,

That was torture but as a Dodger fan, it worked out well but I probably aged another 10 years just watching the entire 7 hours and 20 minutes wondering if either team was going to win.

“We really liked the matchups.” - That is the canned response for Roberts every time a move backfires. I get it, baseball is difficult, but I would rather have Muncy up there against Sale or Price than Hernandez.

As a Dodger fan who is too young to remember and appreciate 1988, I absolutely love that this bunch of Dodgers have made the World Series twice. Having said that, Dave Roberts has had negative influence on this team now twice in both World Series.

Unlike years before, I think Baez is not trying to be different and honestly, I think him taking so long in between pitches messes up the timing and rhythm of every hitter, even the Red Sox lineup as disciplined as they are. I only hope Wood being on the roster is not going to cost the Dodgers. Red Sox are a great

It was definitely a gift. So a breakdown of the Dodgers’ bullpen in 2018:
