I don’t understand why the hood is so high on this SUV. Even with EU pedestrian safety standards, there is only a tiny flat four under the hood.

My wife has the N20 in her X3 and it is amazing. The only thing I’m disappointed by is the gas mileage.

Well I guess after checking the market there are not as many 2.0T engines above that number as I remember. The ATS is 272, and the WRX is 265, but this seems inline with the rest of the others (although we know the BMWs are underrated).

Is the 2.0 being neutered so people buy the 3.3? 255hp seems low compated to other 2.0T motors on the market.

IMO it’s a Korean Charger. Yes I know it’s a hatch, but I don’t consider it a BMW competitor (and neither will the public).

There’s a whole plethora of vehicles between small car and minivan. Not everyone needs to go full minivan (although I admit a set of twins is a good reason IF they do lots of traveling).

You would need a massive magnet to find metal pipes that are several inches behind the drywall. I’ve been using this method for years when I don’t have a studfinder around and it works perfectly.

This is my first German vehicle too so I’m not a huge BMW fan that will defend them at all costs. I’ve typically owned Japanese sports cars for the last decade.

It is attractive, but the German SUVs still have many features that this can’t touch. The German SUVs cost way more, so I’m not sure why they’re being compared.

I don’t know how you can watch the Sky feed. The commentary is terrible.
