I went to school with Elise- It’s still surprising seeing her name come up from time to time.

On Reddit the guy shooting the video said he’s going to do more “episodes” of this same intersection.
Isn’t that what I just agreed with ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Based on the replies you’re getting, I think you just know a disproportionate number of people with that name!
That’s crazy talk
A lightbulb isn’t a lightbulb though. HID headlights and ballasts are significantly more expensive than standard bulbs, or taillight bulbs.
What region of the US? I have never met anyone with that name in the MidWest or East coast.
Most motorcycles only get driven 10-20k miles, whereas a car gets driven 100k plus. The above poster was talking about leaving on low-beams and tail lights, not DRLs.
I drive a LOT of various cars and have never seen a bulb notification light - but you’re right, that doesn’t mean they’re not there. I just replaced 5 out of 6 taillight bulbs on my mom’s Highlander when I visited last week because they were all burned out. She had no idea.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also have anecdotal evidence of people having to replace them all the time. I know I sound like a dick, and it’s not directed at you, but it really seems like a terrible solution to a problem. The real solution should be cops doing their damn job and issuing fines to these idiots. That’ll give them some…
Which cars give you warnings when a bulb burns out?
15k miles in multiple vehicles are not really good data points.
Well when their taillights burn out they won’t replace them - so it’ll be like they aren’t on anyway. That’s not a good solution.
Or why they just don’t leave lights on all the time
I’ll disagree about the Crosstrek being similar to the Element. The Crosstrek is an Impreza and therefore pretty small on the inside. The Element and first get xB had cavernous interiors that could haul tons of crap.
Try opening the door and releasing the brake. I think it needs both before it will shift to park.
Currently the Jeeps do not do that.
What year x5? My 2011 does.
#3 is a feature. What would your standard automatic do if you exited the vehicle without putting it in park? It would roll away.
There’s two reasons that I’m aware of:
