I passed out Saturday night while playing (sort of). It’s not that the game is boring, it was just the damn loading screens. I probably pissed off people I was teamed up with through matchmaking, because the last thing I recall was setting my consumables and starting the expedition. Woke up 6 hours later with a sore

I loved the first two games, so it sounds like this one will / should be fun as well.  If I had to pay $60 for a game that sounds like a slightly-upgraded version of it’s predecessors, I wouldn’t be too happy.  Times like these I’m grateful for the game pass.

It’s great to see the Wisconsin Buttery burger get the respect it deserves. What makes this heart-stopper (damn near literally) better is with their ranch. The guilt and shame I feel after downing two of those bad boys along with two sides of ranch...it’s in explainable.  Not quite on par with pocketing money from a

Personally, I went with (sort of had to) go with an FHA loan due to student loans that will continue to haunt me. The interest was less than a conventional loan, but there was upfront PMI in addition to the monthly PMI that will be for the life of the loan.

People freaking out about not getting a refund, but if you look at your effective tax rate, good chance it’s lower than prior years. Of all the returns I have completed for 2018 so far, 95% have been at a lower effective tax rate than prior years.  That figure will change once people start receiving 1099s from their

Welcome to 2019.

I just tried it last night on my Pixel 2 XL, set the phone on my thigh so I could glance down while playing, and damn that thing got hot. Great idea, just a very resource-intensive app. Drains battery like crazy, too.

Last night I just wrapped up the Atlantis and Cult questlines, both of which far exceed the “main” story line. While working on the Cult members, my son and I had a blast trying to piece together who the “main” cult member was (I guessed right, +1 for Dad). When not playing, we would discuss clues as to who it might

I was really looking forward to this, but am now heartbroken after reading this review. I’m not one to base a purchase off of a review, but I played the original for countless hours, then spend about 15 minutes on the mobile version before calling it quits. The controls killed it.  I had this day on my calendar since

The boar was the first one I tried, and surprisingly I had no issue with it, but the lion.....the lion was tough, even when I was a level or two above it. Taking out the smaller lions first is a must, but even when it is one on one, that thing moves fast, and the only way to get a hit is to dodge it’s attacks and

Does anyone have an idea how comparable leveling is in this game compared to Origins? I hate the idea of paying for an XP booster, but I have a kid and work 50+ each week, so time isn’t on my side. At the same time, I really want to enjoy this game, but not spend months playing it.

You hit the nail on the head with that. I’m surprised they went as far as calling the skin “cowgirl”, isn’t that sexist now or something? I can’t keep up with what offends people nowadays.

This game alone will be worth the Game Pass subscription. I still can’t believe Microsoft is releasing first-party games immediately on Game Pass, but no complaints here.  Fingers crossed for another Hotwheels expansion, that was amazing on FH3.

Looks like a re-skinned Origins, and I am very OK with that. Really looking forward to 10/5.

Keep it classy, Gawker v2.0

I had read many posts about Edge Transit, but oddly enough I had yet to receive one during my 30+ hours. Last night I finally got one during a strike, then another, a third, and finally a fourth. All four were obtained during a 3 hour period, which I didn’t mind, until two of the four were from powerful drops.  One of

Fortnite is my son’s (5)favorite game to play together. He gets the PC (since his Xbox account is a child’s and won’t allow cross-platform play), logs into the Xbox app, and we can voice-chat across the house. 50 v 50 is a great mode to play with kids. In fact last night was somewhat of a milestone for him, I got

Agreed. It’s mind blowing how someone can forget their kid. It’s not like we’re talking about forgetting your wallet, or even a bag of groceries, but your kid. I’ve never been close to forgetting my son anywhere, let alone in a car.

I can’t believe the sales for 1-2-Switch. Not once had I ever traded in a game, but I did with that piece of garbage after one hour playing it. I didn’t want it tainting my collection. Unfortunately I’m part of that 2.45 million statistic.

If you’ve been unfortunate to experience gout, you know what a solid 9 feels like.  As a guy, I can’t think of anything more painful, aside from blasting you toe on the edge of a table.  That’s an easy 10.
