He’s one of the nicest, most generous people in showbiz. And he’s fucking THERE, isn’t he? If he was seriously upset about the premise of the youtube series, he would’ve ignored the request.

Not strictly true. The worst part of every Far Cry game is the psychedelic bullshit where the villain injects you with something or you inhale some crap that makes you trip balls for the next 10 minutes in some irritating and narratively unnecessary extended gameplay sequence. Take the Shangri-La crap in 4 if you want…
It’s a ridiculously short timeline - Theon Greyjoy only killed the puppy about a week ago.
Right, but remember that in regards to “time” in the movies, films 2 and 3 and now 4 are basically continuous.
I hear Jeff Garlin’s schedule has opened up too.
Why are you talking to yourself?
Looking forward to his next animated project, starring Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt!
Is it really fair to describe ‘the narrative’ as the worst part of FarCry 3 when the strength of the writing/acting (and a specific villain) is why this series even still exists?
That’s part of it. The other part is Hulu offers live TV. ANOTHER part is that Disney can put content on Hulu that doesn’t “fit the mold” of Disney+ (like rated R content).
Narrator: “There wasn’t.”
maybe just let people voice their disappointment. Nobody is saying that these performers didn’t do a wonderful job, they just didn’t provide proper representation.
I think I prefer grumpy old man Grant. The guy just continually steps in it and seems to be a genuine misanthrope. I think the part that redeems it a bit is he also seems to genuinely hate himself. So long as it’s mostly harmless stuff, I say keep it coming.
Isn’t this exactly what Curtis is saying as quoted at the end of the article or am I missing something?
Oh that’s easy -- Ticketmaster is the same company that owns or operates many of the venues. So they have a lot of leverage when it comes to big tours.
Our government unsurprisingly failed to stop Ticketmaster from creating a monopoly when they merged with (purchased) LiveNation. Live Nation was on the venue side owning and/or operating countless venues around the country and acting as a tour production company. So yeah, basically you can’t get tickets to much…
I mean the idea is to use both masks and vaccines to limit spread and risk of catching it because catching it multiple times (even when fully vaccinated) dramatically increases the risk of developing neurological problems in a person with each subsequent infection.
If my place of work told me to mask up I definitely would, but I’ve long since transitioned to masking situationally. I.e., I’ll mask if I’m not currently feeling well, if I’m shopping somewhere very crowded, if I’m traveling via airplane, if it’s fucking cold outside so why not? etc. Otherwise...eh, I’m up to date…
which is basically the same strategy that the previous presidential administration tried in 2020
In the game, right outside of the building where you see the giraffes is a bus shelter with a poster in it advertising the new giraffes just arrived at the local zoo.
