I get that reference! I'm clever!!!11!!

I had one of those awhile ago. Fortunately I'm better now.

I thought we weren't doing phrasing any more?

Felicity's hacker friend seems deeply evil to me. She was laying on the quid pro quo stuff really thickly. All thar was missing was some devil horns and a contract signed in blood.

When it comes to the news, I'll take bad TV over bad journalism. Thank you very much.

Fun fact: this button will take you to a comment section but not necessarily the one related to the article you were reading. It's whimsical that way.

Yeah that one is consistent. He used future tech to change his appearance on Flash too.

I do agree with that. But there is a transition from giving orders to advising. It's something both he and the team will have to get used to. They never really respected his knowledge and experience before and he didn't seem to like explaining himself too much unless he really had to. Both these things need to change.

To be honest in early season one I got a very strong brother/sister vibe. Even before they lived together their families were suggested to have been very close and Iris seemed to consider their relationship as a familial one as did Joe. At least that was the impression I got.

Schrödinger's Eobard? He both did and didn't experience those events? I'm so confused that I've given up trying to understand.

I don't really see it as punishment. Sara can get the team to listen to her whereas Rip can't so her role makes sense. He does have a lot to offer the team in other ways, like his expertise and long term strategising which I hope they make use of.

To be an effective leader you do sort of need people to follow your lead. He could be like the greatest leader in the world but if he can't get his chosen team to follow him then he isn't actually leading.

Yeah but even then they all kinda ignored him and did their own thing so…

Legends probably has more plot holes than plot but I think it gets away with it so long as it's fun.

He still has that big old inferiority complex but it's great he's getting more of the fun this season.

I'm liking that they're keeping Sara as captain and Rip is finding a new place on the team. It sucks for Rip to see how crappy a captain he was but… he kinda needed that.

I’ve mentioned in past reviews that a big reason I’m enjoying Legends
more this season is because it offers a lighter, more sensational
approach to superhero narratives than the majority of superhero TV
shows, and this is especially clear when comparing Legends to its current lead-in, The Flash.
That series has been

The waverider can shrug off futuristic laser beams and nukes but is vulnerable to rocks. Good to know.

So maybe if he went back in time and killed her? First he would have to save her life again, otherwise she'd already be dead.

That some low down bs he puts Iris through. She has legitimate reasons to question his motives for proposing (and his lack of honesty) so she backs off while she figures things out. But as soon as she decides she does want to marry him he's all like "haha I'm going to turn you down now, see how you like it!"
