Isn’t that what I said?

“It is really messed up that Scalia is allowed to vote on abortion cases”

Yeah, this whole spate of laws aimed “educating” women about what’s going on in their bodies really pisses me off. Women know that pregnancy means that a fetus is growing inside a uterus and will come out as a baby in about nine months. The whole point of an abortion is to stop that process. If we didn’t know that, we

“Oh, wait, THAT’S what an abortion is? I thought it was a maintenance procedure, like getting your car detailed.”

It is really messed up that Scalia is allowed to vote on abortion cases, considering his wife and her role in the anti-choice movement.

The New York Times notes that Justice Antonin Scalia dissented, without saying why

A federal appeals court already declared that the law was unconstitutional because it violates the doctor’s free speech rights.

When I was in university, the girls all agreed to wear white dresses for graduation, to take pictures together. I bought a white dress for the occasion, but I could not get myself to wear it. Not everyone looks good in a white dress, and I frankly felt like I looked like a fridge. And I couldn’t stand the feeling of

Want to hear something more dickish? Choosing an outcast saint from a fucked up family, who’s the patron of mental issues and alcoholics because you were forced into getting confirmed (and let’s be honest, it just spoke to the family history your teachers/priests ignored or stuck their noses into on a daily basis).

LOL those ain’t real.

Nope, nope, nope. Catholic grad, here, as well, and no fucking way should a school dictate that I need to wear a dress. Choose a color if you like, that’s cool, but don’t tell me I need to show skin or wear something feminine. I’m graduating from school, not presenting myself for a gyno appt., gender is irrelevant.

I lost one of my text books in high school.
At my graduation, they told me I couldn’t have my diploma unless I paid a $50 fee.
I still owe them $50.
I never got my official HS diploma.
I’m still deciding the right type of frame for my B.A. diploma.
Point is: The school is just being a dick.

Why was it dickish on her part?

I don’t see why she’s anywhere in the wrong. The shoes are black and “appropriate” is really vague. They were appropriate if your primary concern is not tripping or getting blisters.

How are clean black sneakers not appropriate?

lol i would rip that shit up on stage

So, out of curiosity... who do you think looks at this “record”?

He wouldn’t have approved. He’s a sandals sort of guy.

I went to an all-girl’s Catholic school. We all had to wear white dresses upon graduating. It’s a big tradition and your senior class photo is always taken on that day. My year, a girl wore a white pant-suit. It caused so much tension, was both hilarious, and really, really dickish on her part because it was obviously
