is Hollywood Handbook in danger of ending or are the just messing with me?
1. 2 weeks ago the episode ended on an ominous note with the whole "you are our advertising budget" speech (this depends on Sean being sincere, which…)
2. Hayes on High and Mighty saying HH might not be on anymore by the time the episode comes out

and amazingly, while they didn't seem to "make sense", the cartoons he described cracked me up

I feel like just listening to the "errrr…wrong!" they did the following episode I got the gist/the funny the squeezed out of it without the unpleasantness of the actual interview.

remember when Arthur Chu was commening on av club post Jeopardy? Something about him rubbed me the wrong way (different from how his manner on Jeopardy rubbed people the wrong way)…I can't remember what it was but I feel vindicated by him turning out to suck total ass on twitter.

About 20% of the time he sounded like Will Arnett

crazy…I wondered if that was him when he mentioned doing an AT&T commercial. I am amazed that when I went to his imdb I didn't see anything confirming that.

That is the one episode I have never listened to, and as much as I hate to leave unlistened-to HH on the table, I don't know if I am up for it. I think the engineers must not mind how they get treated…I would assume they wouldn't harass them against their will.

there is a huge difference in early episodes and current episodes in terms of how much they stick to the "hollywood insider super successful guys" angle. Originally they really stuck with it, but at some point it got pushed to the background and they just go with whatever sillyness they feel like.

Did that episode feature a Mike Lawrence-esque disclaimer at the end of the first segment regarding the guest not quite getting on board? I couldn't decide if that was the case or not.

not a very nice way to talk about mi Hillary/Abuela.

when you want to roast the band picture, but you got nothing

can't say I noticed anything

rats, yeah that would be too bad. I think they were just on tour with Pinegrove right? But can't find much about them online…

So, can we get that book now please?

HH on CBB baby!

uhhh, to destroy them with logic? And in doing so possible achieve an erection?

Wiger did a great job with it…he is a true professional.

Like the review mentions, they did a great job just doing a great show live, not getting sucked into trying to get cheap laughs off the live audience.

She was phenomenal. I don't remember the Subway episode but I feel like she was great on that one too.
