My first impression of the students at the new school is that they seem like sanctimonious makeup-smeared laundry piles. Let’s see what the rest of the season reveals about these characters. Will they become more nuanced than glitter-flecked window dressing?

First episode was pretty good, spoiler alert, also super cringe. But what’s most cringe for me anyway was not the big screen “reveal” but the rainbow vomit all over the new campus. I hope as the season wears on that we see nuance beyond the sanctimonious “we don’t gossip here” prattle from the assembly new of gendy…
