So if the story is that she was a wreck before and now she is good, it doesn’t make sense to credit a person introduced into the situation? Would she really have turned herself around in terms of swimming if hothead was not her coach?
Whether it is “equally” unlikely is the bigger question? When a man succeeds, a woman is supporting his ambitions and promoting a drive. When a woman succeeds, the man is hardly crucial and she always had the potential in her, “with or without” him. (Rolleyes)
