I upgraded my 3G Touch last night and had no problems. I had to upgrade my iTunes version first and then sync Effie and then download iOS4, but whole thing was finished in under 90 minutes. I was skeptical at first, but I'm loving the new features!

@Posco Grubb: After I take a shower and lower my body temp, I read something that isn't too exciting or I make up stories in my head. I've always found it relaxing to make up stories, not sure why.
