Recently I had a craving for Burnout 3/Revenge, but without that on PC, I’m reinstalling Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. I have fond memories of loading up my X-Box 360 with MP3's to play those games with a custom soundtrack. Like you said, a big bowl of mac’n’cheese.

I was happy that he dropped off the radar off that E3 stunt (though I’m still shocked he has a Twitch channel after that). I had hoped maybe he’d just stream PUBG and curse at people and be annoying in his own little corner of the world.

Animal Crossing, of course.

Oh, I remember the bitching. I just think that was stupid too. Metas shift naturally over time. People hated Dive, then Dive phased out. People hated GOATS, yet Role Lock/Bans weren’t even in place when Shanghai trashed it in the Stage 3 playoffs. The OWL leadership should not have caved to the fans, especially if

I am not a fan of the 2-2-2 requirement or the hero bans, so I was worried something like this may happen. All they’re doing is forcing teams to play heroes, comps, and strategies that they probably don’t enjoy, and that don’t reflect their overall talent, week after week. I wouldn’t want to stick around either.

We’ll miss you! Glad you’re going to land on your feet, from what it sounds like. Less glad that the damage the ‘adults in the room’ inflicted on this place is still being felt.

Right? Break out the Bingo card, we’ve almost certainly got a winner here.

The fact that she’s a Sanders supporter, that she’s weirdly pro-Putin, or that she’s been very effusive in praise of Biden in the past have no bearing on believing her or not believing her, and online harassment is to be shunned in all forms.”

I’ve had it sitting in my games folder for years. Backlog is so bad I just never get around to it. Maybe now’s the time!

Super Metroid is my old favorite that I can go back to over and over again. I don’t know if I’d count it as my favorite game of all time, but even a game that I cherish like Final Fantasy VI I can’t really go back to. It’s 40 hours, and I know it by heart, so I never really get the urge to sink that kind of time into

The diagonal and center steps make me irrationally angry at this game.

I’m supremely conflicted about writing. On the one hand, I love the process. I love starting with a blank piece of paper and turning it into something complete.

Is Tales as impenetrable as Norwood Suite? I played Norwood beginning to end, but if you were to ask me what it was actually about, I couldn’t give you a coherent answer.

Wow. End of an era.

Sadly I’m living with a elderly conservative family member, so the nightly news and Trump’s... ahem... “briefings”... are nightly viewing, and since she’s hard of hearing she’s got the volume cranked. Hard to avoid them. :(

$549 is suicide. Even $499 is tough to swallow, since the PS4 came out at $399.

Agreed. I actually want to open my island up to people to get feedback, but I am not going to subject them or myself to the constant in-out-in-out-in-out cutscenes and delays. I’m thinking if I ever do go to Twitter or the subreddit and offer to open up for people, I’ll be PMing them the Dodo code one at a time.

I know all about those anxiety breakdowns. I do tech support through live chat, and yesterday tried to snooze a chat and closed it instead. Instant 1/5 feedback rating, and when I reopened and apologized, they basically said they didn’t want any help anymore.

I’m still on the fence about Fallout 76. If they’d just let us run private servers without paying a hundred dollars a year - private servers, by the way, being something they said was coming when they announced the game - I’d be much more likely to give it a shot.
