My thought process:

While the episode seemed really filler, there were just too many great parts for me to even complain.

The main plot had no real payoff and seemed both abrupt and unsatisfying and the B plot was uninteresting and just there. However, I howled at the "you can hear the player's curse" "I'll kick your ass Millhouse" lines, and Homer with Homer Jr was sweet. C+.

Forgettable. Not offensively bad like last weeks, but forgettable. Every joke seemed forced or something Family Guy has done a million times before. Only thing that elicited a chuckle from me was the "Testing Facility" joke. D+
