If they declare to their shareholders they are unbiased, and they intentionally are not, then, per the ExonMobile AGs, they are committing fraud.
I think a whole bunch of Red State AGs should start subpoening Facebook records.

So if Facebook declares they are unbiased to their shareholders, but then bias their news feed, isn't that fraud? Shouldn't 17 state attorney generals be investigating them for fraud, like ExonMobil?
