Another tip for phone interviews that I was given is to smile. Just like dressing nice, the interviewer won’t see you smiling, but the positivity will carry over in your voice.

It’s unfortunate that Mosul fell back to the enemy. A lot of US soldiers lost life and limb there. I guess it irks me more because I can actually put faces to some of the fallen. How do you explain this to some of the families, i.e., the wife and kids of one of my neighbors at Fort Wainwright who’s Dad died in Mosul
