If they didn't do what they did for the first 20 minutes for the extra tease, it wouldn't have been as good. Victims killed, Negan breaks Rick's will, and lots of zombie kills. Straight to the point.

The writer should just call it quits on the show now. Holy hell, get a life. That was the best premier they've ever had in any season. Brutal and straight to the point with the emotion and shock. Of course it's a series of who dies next. It's a friggin zombie apocalypse is it not?
