Eh. As long as it’s done with air ride to restore it to a normal(ish) state and drivable, it doesn’t bother me. When it’s cut springs or a permanent look, then it’s retarded. The car becomes pretty much useless!

It depends on the car. Some of them come with really restrictive OEM intakes, and one with larger piping and better bends and materials, can aid in the car’s breathing, especially with turbochargers! It also makes the turbo and intake noises louder. Maybe it’s no game changer, but it does help some cars breathe…

I almost bought the piston version of this (1977 Mazda 929 Hardop, sold as Luce in Japan), to eventually swap a 13B in. It was light blue, and needed some TLC, for $2000. Was about to go for it, but never heard from the owner again and never saw the car at it’s usual spot ever again :(

From the muffler, lack of rear diff and lack of IRS, I recognise it as a FWD version, so it isn’t the one with the torque vectoring AWD. All Jukes but the RS come with open diffs, maybe they put an open diff on this RS, or just a regular Nismo with RS badges? (As the RS comes with a Helical LSD)

Although Scion had probably nothing to do with the making of this car. Makes more sense to be sold as Toyota/Subaru, as in the rest of the world!

Why is the 1-series always left out? NA Inline-6, RWD, chuckable. Now THAT describes a BMW. No NA engines for the 2 series and new 1 series now. An M135i hatch is my realistic next car atm.
