Is it only racism when POCs are the target?

I know that it’s Bravo and not CNN or whatever, but I was so mad at ALL OF THEM for not immediately jumping down Camille’s throat during the Kavanaugh discussion. Rinna kind of mildly pushed back (and it was the only time I liked her this season), but it wasn’t enough.

1) But she and Kelsey are Trump supporters. Kelsey Grammer is known Republican booster and supporter. Just because they produced Girlfriends and Kelsey has gone through hell in his youth and had a terrible addiction problem does not then mean that they don’t value money and low key White supremacy.

I hate that people feel they need to use a POC in their life as a reason to find racism offensive. That’s what makes people think that they can be racist when they’re around “certain” people, but not others. If it was offensive to everyone, they'd shut the fuck up and keep that shit to themselves.

For me, it was the fact that the entire movie seemed to have been written as an exercise in how many times you can fit the n-word into a script.

Kill Bill was where he went off a cliff for me. Sitting through all of the excellent Volume 1, all of the excellent Volume 2, to find that it all leads up to David Carradine literally putting the plot on hold so he can expound at length on his opinions on Clark Kent and Superman? What. The. Fuck.

I think he’s one of those white dudes who sees himself as Honorary Black because he’s so woke, and so he thinks he’s entitled to use racial slurs to reclaim them.

At the risk of outing myself as having terrible taste in film, does anyone else find most of his work unwatchable? I’ve just never understood the appeal of such a high violence to plot ratio and it’s really off-putting to me.
