I use SyncMyCal which charged a $15 flat rate for a syncing license.

@Chris Tomalty: Maybe when BBC fixes their Not-Available-Outside-The-U-K problem

Honestly, I can see my husband and I using it to collaborate on household tasks and lists. Other than that, I won't know before I get into it.

We're in the process. We're paid through 10/26 and then our cable will be cut and we move 2 days later. We're planning on an AppleTV purchase at a super discount thanks to a gift card from my mother-in-law who gave me a nice and timely birthday gift this year.

I've been grinding my own meat since I got the Kitchenaid attachment for my wedding. The result is a leaner and richer ground beef that I make from part of a 3 lb pot roast (either purchased on sale or at BJs as part of a $30 meat pack). After Bittman posted the article yesterday, I vowed to never go back to grocery

@Ajh: Guess you'll have to buy in bulk until you move... or wait until it shows up in the grocery store (from what I understand, it will be)

@Kevin Purdy: Yeah, this stuff dissolves so well, you can use it in any liquid, cold or hot. It's pretty cool. My husband bought a box on his partner markout and we've been having a bit of fun with it.

@Ajh: It's $10 for 12 packets. It's not that bad. It's not as cheap as buying pre-ground Folgers, or a bag of Starbucks beans, but it's not bad.

@BradKnowles: When I dissolved the Via in milk, my husband looked at me askance and said, "Now, that's REALLY a ghetto latte"

Does it only ready through the All feed folder or can you configure it to only hit one folder, say 'News' versus 'Recipes'. (not sure I need a recipe read to me on the road) :)

I would love one with a 4 or 5 hour timer for home use.

@Mellowtunes: I sync my Outlook calender using a third party app ($15) called SyncMyCal. Unlike the native Google app, it allows me to easily sync DIFFERENT Google calendars so I can keep my Work appts separate from personal.

It needs to come to Android. Been thinking of switching to SugarSync because of that.

Freezer 'canning' is fine, but most of us don't have a ton of freezer space which is why canning is awesome for keeping items in dry storage.

@kneemoe: First you have to get it to a boil and then perculate ,but mine is not electric. It's a really, old fashioned one I use when camping. Over a propane gas grill.

French press works best, although I love peculated coffee. It just takes too long (20 minutes +)

I asked a former 'friend' to sign a document and he was no longer interested in borrowing from me. See how that works?

@hybrid-kernel: Go camping without one. There are uses, just not everday.
