I wish there was a spelling bee version of the Globetrotters, maybe some kid in loud clothes who does outrageous spelling stunts, like sneaking in a dictionary or blowing an air horn when a word is read. Or threatening that he'll break his competitors' ribs unless they eat their own glasses.

Based on my experience with Yiddish, I assume that's pronounced like "Shmoikel."

That's immunogremlins

Don't fat-shame the house, man.

Where spambots go to achieve sentience, I'd imagine.

"Michael Bay doesn't do what Michael Bay does for Michael Bay. Michael Bay does what Michael Bay does because he is Michael Bay."

"Give me ten puddings."

Spoilers, I guess, but honestly, people are better off knowing.

He was in Pamela Anderson's VIP! Man, he was hitting a full-card dreck bingo for a while.

Is that the one where he gets called up into the army reserve and gets in a plane crash in the Arctic and is nursed back to health by some hilarious Eskimos? (a two-parter, obviously)

He had a tough job, being asked to play the emotional centre/leader of the show AND a wackjob who delighted in hijinx, often in the same episode.

Mel Torme helped cement my love of surreal humour in that scene when Harry realizes he's making out with a married woman and he looks at his photo of Mel and the photo has a gasp of shock on its face.

The one where Harry's competing with the other judge to see who can pull the best pranks remains one of the most sheer fun half-hours in all of TV.

There were so many jokes about Christine's bust, but they always seemed sweet-natured.

But the Asian lady has a black name!

I've been pronouncing it joo-roon, so I missed the funny.

Also, I believe the term is "def"

…Can I still laugh at Garrett Morris?

Quantum Leap is a pretty good gateway show for kids. They watch it for the cool concept, then get exposed to the grown-up drama.

KID: "Hawkeye, move that Jeep!"
ADULT 1: "Okay, but I already read it my poetry."
KID: "…"
ADULT 1: [shrill, smarmy laughter]
KID: "I'm, uh, just gonna play with my Star Wars figures."
