Also, I decided long ago I’d rather be 10 lbs heavier and eat carbs and not constantly be a bitchy beast when I am not eating carbs. Plus I kinda like having bigger boobs. And eating bread and pasta. And cake.  

My guess is that it has less to do with cutting carbs and more to do with how much dang protein and meat the keto diet includes. According to the sample size = people I know, the best smelling bodies belong to vegetarians (I’m a meat eater, so this is not a humble brag!).
