It really sucks that the Saints have to watch the Super Bowl in their own Diggs again, on the Sideline, while other teams score Touchdowns.

You’re fired, probably?

This should read “Much Like In Other Industries, Market Forces Are Literally The Only Thing That Will Make This Corporation Behave.”

Raw is *seen* as the A-show, but for in-ring entertainment, you’re far better off watching Smackdown.

But the real question is this: how many episodes of Smackdown will Tim Allen, whose show Last Man Standing has been resuscitated with likely brain damage by Fox, be contractually obligated to be the celebrity guest host as part of this deal?

Where did they hit him during the next at-bat?

I’d take Ezio, personally.

In the years since the Wilfs took over, the radio clowns here typically have done whatever’s necessary to rim the Vikings’ collective bung, at least from an organizational standpoint. The only criticisms I’ve really heard in the radio zeitgeist are reserved for the players.

...And generally, they’re right to expect that.

Well there’s another season probably down the tubes. I mean, they might’ve been upset in the first round anyway, but that was the longest glimmer of positivity we’ve had here for the Wolves in 15 years.

Serious question: has anyone looked into how much work agents are actually putting in to try to get their female clients paid equitably with male stars? Typically, these pay issues are resolved via an agent or other intermediary, so I’m curious why I don’t seem to have heard anything about what a shitty job agents are

We can only hope. It’s a low bar to clear.

Biggest shock to me was that Bjelica, a noted bench player, was in the game during the second quarter while playing for a Thibodeau-coached team.

Would you pay full price again for these games you’ve already played? I thought Skyrim on the Switch was genius, and then saw that they were charging 60 bucks for a six year old game. That’s a bridge too far.

Eight straight losses, seven straight at home, 14-26 over the last 40. I think last year we were 7-14 over the last 21.

Considering the parochial garbage around here about Minnesota being the “state of hockey,” I actively root against my home team every chance I get.

In a funny bit of time travel, I reread your Chrono Cross article (linked like a memory at the bottom of this one). I always enjoy the deeper side of games, and this scene was legitimately moving, even as a dumpster fire of a hormone-consumed quasi-human being at age 13 who rented this from the video store.

I have to say I didn’t notice this too much at Takeover, with the notable exception of the camera team missing just about all of the Black Mass finish.

Hehe... NITO...see what you (probably) did (n’t intend to do) there...

Counterpoint: Buffalo found themselves with 4 more wins than they wanted to have through 9 games and adjusted accordingly.
