Twinning?

You guys with the newer version of the shirt are wearing MY KIDS. This makes me have faith in humanity again that the Golden Girls are having a resurgence in popularity. Thank you all for being a friend and letting me know where I can get a newer not skin tight version😜

I own a very VERY old t-shirt from my college years with the Golden Girls faces that says “Stay Golden”.

Just here to vent: My husband’s family had their Christmas dinner 2 days ago. They are very political and obnoxious but I have successfully avoided them for years and kept my focus on my family and kids. Keep it classy has been my personal motto.

Yup! And many live in *wealthy* areas where you’d never expect hunger.

I am sorry you have to go through that but food is such a basic human necessity and we really should stop making feeding the hungry so difficult.

The majority of the WIC cards at our local grocery are used by young MILITARY families. What a disgrace that as a country the pay of our bravest doesn’t put food on the table for families.

Fun fact

We have a memorial baseball field dedicated to a young boy in our community who died from the FLU. At the ribbon cutting ceremony several years ago, his grief stricken mother made a request: Vaccinate your kids! Anytime someone local tells me they won’t vaccinate for some reason, I tell them what this mother requested…
