I saw a CLA 250 yesterday with these same wheels. I, too, miss the old AMG styling.
You can get the 350 parts aftermarket and install it in the 2014, there are a few MB forum members that paid around 2k total for it.
So what happens if/when sub 2 second cars become the norm for supercars? Do we go back and change the GT-R from a 10/10 to a 8/10?
The Toyota bashing is getting stupid.
Why would this car need to die?
The thing I absolutely love about east Europeans is, unlike their western counterparts, they let their hair down and are willing to let a resounding "yeehaw" echo off the church steeples and 600 year old outhouses.
Nice review! I have an 06 coupe 6mt and love the car. I don't like how most aftermarket exhausts sound on the car, the car is all about the induction noise and the stock rasp (if you're into that sort of thing). I doubt your dad will like the aftermarket exhaust sound either, most are too loud/too tinny/too much rasp/…
Yeah I agree. The turbocharged cars will be the demarcating line for classic M to new M cars.
El Primino
He has gone old and senile and in between the ramblings of POWAAAAAAAAA, he spends his time remembering the good memories he had with his Ford GT.
God, what a car. In an age where supercars are completely idiot-proof, it's refreshing to have one last widow maker in the mix. We lost two great guys here, but I'm sure they accepted the risks and understood that these machines are inherently dangerous. Driving super cars should be challenge for the skilled - not…
I wonder if it was on the OEM tires? I know Evo drove one recently that wasn't on OEM rubber and it appeared to be much easier to drive.
