Because the last sentence in the articel stated that the higher court decreased the previous judges ordered visitation schedule from the former four days a week to the latter two days a week. So unless he can appeal again for an increase in visitation his visitation schedule HAS been reduced.

The father recieved a reduced custody schedule. He was knocked down from four/ six hour days a week to two/ five hour days a week.
