Actually, the diminishing returns started when they decided that Pam and Cyril should be out in the field, removing one of the better aspects of the show. The office shenanigans were more than half the fun for me.

I dropped out of Archer around the 6th season, when it seemed pretty clear that the creative team was bored with the show and just rehashing the same jokes yet again. Props on them for giving the people what they want, I guess? Which is keeping the show going somehow, despite having what seems like no desire to…

Ehhhhhh...I mean, Rick & Morty isn’t the first cartoon to do the noodle limb thing. I don’t like the character designs on this show, but they’re not quite the same. Plus, R&M doesn’t really do shading.

Honestly, this show looks good visually, like someone with an appreciation for animation spearheaded it, and put some budget behind the animation. I personally don’t like the character designs, but the shading is nice!

“Marvel Animation is producing” should pretty much lower all expectations as far as animation quality goes.

I mean, the AMBAC system is a thing, and is solid enough justification, but I’m pretty sure the legs have more mass than a couple of retro thrusters and some propellant to make adjustments. The combined utility of walking under gravity and propellant-less adjustment make a good case for having legs though.

The first game is worth its weight in gold just for the boss fights and music that goes with said boss fights.

I found this out the hard way, on arcade hard mode. Any time Android 16 shows up, he just relentlessly pounds my face into the ground.
