You’re a woman after my own heart Ash. I do the same stuff every time too. Paragon Shepard Vanguard Liaramancer ftw!

And your reply is proof that the ‘gamers are cringe-inducing weirdos’ stereotype remains at least partially justified.

She’s present (as in actively onscreen) in the game for about 15 minutes total if you’re playing to progress. I didn’t expect her to survive, being an enemy and all, but I was surprised that she didn’t last longer.

Sorry to be one of those people, but it isn’t accurate to call this a PC port.

It started off incredibly, but quickly went downhill IMO. The guy they created as the ‘audience experience’ character was a bore, I hated the dragon tattoo thing, and don’t get me started on stuff like the omission of Johnny Cage in favor of making Kano comic relief.

I see your got your masters in Apologist Thesis, well done.

This is a garbage achievement from a man who is known to be a cringe-inducing weirdo, but maybe we also need to talk about the fact that the character herself is depicted as basically a teenager running around in peek-a-boo lingerie in the first place.

You poor, clueless souls.

I was SO excited when I saw this on Twitter. Photo mode is one of those things that should be like, par for the course in modern 3d games. There’s basically no reason NOT to have one, especially in a game like Mass Effect!

I think this is a ‘see what I want to see’ kind of deal. Because that clearly says ‘Final’. Either that or the author needs some glasses.

Sweet Jesus, yes please. I’d buy the h*ck out of this.

The game has been in development for years - and people actually think they rushed in a line to take advantage of an event that happened 3 months ago?

I was so excited about this game (and the demo reinforced that) but the launch issues are baffling considering they delayed the game for the sake of polish/stability.

I’m not one to often nitpick the title of an article but ‘making a comeback’ is kinda misleading, as single player games never went away and they never stopped selling well.

The fixation that people have with whether or not they’re truly playing a game unless it is on the highest difficulties, is IMO one of the most obnoxious aspects of modern gaming.

I remember ‘final boss’ being used as far back as the original NES back in the 80's, I always assumed it was because the person at the end was the ‘boss’ of everything you’ve fought up until that point.

Nazis can eat a bag of dicks and so can their apologists.

I generally love games that offer hundreds of hours of play but Valhalla as a whole just didn’t do it for me. Eivor was very well-acted but I didn’t like her character nearly as much as Kassandra, and I don’t feel like she had the same sense of importance/urgency in her story.

I’m interested but the generic audience self-insert character (Cole) hurts my enthusiasm a great deal.

I thoroughly enjoyed AoM. Had about 70 hours in it before I finally moved on.
