It 100% does not change the ending whatsoever. That has been confirmed.

I relate to this article so much. It took me two YEARS to muster up the will to finish Horizon Zero Dawn: Frozen Wilds because once I finished it, I was done with the game, 100%. Nothing left. No mysteries, no stories, no stones unturned.

I’m not on board yet with the tweaks to gameplay either. Maybe I’m just an overly nostalgic fan”

Because redoing decade-old animations is pointless when you can adjust the Z axis of a camera much more easily?

Can’t lie, I’m pretty tired of it too. She’s a neat take on a tyrant (grey skin, huge claws) but people have run it into the ground ten times over.

To each their own, I love a game where I can lose myself for 75-100 hours. When I finished Horizon Zero Dawn (67 hours) I sat here like “nooo I don’t want it to be over!”

@Mike Fahey:

Trying one more time:

Why is the image uploader on this site so terrible and unreliable?

Agreed, I enjoyed CP2077's writing and characters a lot... still playing it in fact, where as I lost interest in Valhalla before getting to the halfway point.

Sargeras certainly belongs in the conversation, even if he suffered a cheesy defeat in Legion.

Aside from crashes and a random bug here and there, I’m having a good time with it on PC... makes me sad that the console launch has been such an unmitigated clusterf***.

Well of course there is, no modern console has had a 100% fail rate. Even if 75% of XB users had the red ring issue, that’s still 25% (of millions of people) who didn’t.

My PS4 has been going strong for 5 years, 0 issues aside from a controller sync problem that was my own fault.

Well ****ing said.

Well said. They have every right to protect their stuff and its lame of a gaming website to drag them for it.

Hard disagree. Leveling from 1 to 100, 110, 120 has been a chore for a long time because of slogging through horrendously outdated content. Every time I reached 58 on a toon and had to choose between BC and Wrath - both stellar expansions for their time, but dated AF in 2020 - I died a little inside.

I also loved DA2. Just started playing it again, in fact.

Good, always good when given the choice... for example I’m hella Paragon in Mass Effect. One time I felt so bad about a Renegade response that I loaded a save and lost like 2 hours of progress. lol

Now if only DE would stop making us wait literal years for major updates to the main storyline. >.<
