I’m a little sad. This car is nowhere near being an option for me as a vehicle, or even a Toyota, but I did rent one from turo. And it was incredible. The farty bangy boom boom noises it made were mesmerizing.

The 2wd class (open or other) never gets the attention it deserves. 

Right now this depends on the batteries and their complexity. If they are using wires to connect each cell, they will still need the dexterity of a human hand. If it’s using busbars, then they can completely eliminate human hands in their construction.

What seems to be lost is that whomever bought this probably has a very expensive case (built into their walk in closet) filled with watches, where each watch is way more expensive than this vehicle.
