I know. I moved three plastics plants to China over the decades. Every one was because of the EPA. These were semi-automated plants (about 80%) so it wasn’t for cheap labor. China just did not give one (or two) fucks about dumping the waste from manufacturing in the ocean, or buring it in the ground.
