Whom is a bootlicker. A person that blindly follows one law (because they agreed with it) or a person that looks at both sides and thinks. You know both of these guys are assholes. But one of them thinks he’s above the law. One of them flat admitted to it.

I’m guessing reading isn't your strong point. The guy replying to me said breaking the plastic.

Adam White, who is also a lawyer, saw the piece of plastic covering a letter of the license plate on this Chevy Suburban and pulled it off.

Then he has one hell of a lawsuit coming up. Except (again) touching private property is a no, no

It's been years since I've lived in New York, but I'm pretty sure touching peoples property is a no, no.

And trying to boil it down to a small piece of plastic isn't being obtuse? And by breaking that small piece of plastic the lawyer put the vehicle into compliance. So truck guy was no longer breaking the law.

And did you miss the part where the lawyer removed the thing covering the plate. The cop can’t give the guy a ticket. When the cop got there he wasn’t breaking the law anymore. And a lawyer did this. If I could I would write it in crayon so you could understand.

I know think of all the jaywalking and red light running bicycles do. The fines would be the hundreds of millions.

Yeah I know. What I really want to live in is a world where a (presumably) practicing lawyer wouldn't utter the phrase " I can't believe they arrested me for breaking the law"

Yes and the water valve is your home technically belongs to the state. But if I steal that valve by first cutting a hole in your wall and floor. It’s not just a state issue anymore.

So someone is dick and covers his plate to get out of a few tickets, and your response is to break things? Sorry, but one of us is a boot licker. And it's not me.

What other laws would you suggest we break? Would you say endorse all of us driving around with bike locks and wheel boots, to lock up all the bikes or cars we see running red lights? Maybe I as a citizen can ask others to produce evidence of citizenship?

Wjat do you mean officially. It's always been cheaper to take a plane. There's commerical flights going from Boston to DC every 30 minutes or so.

Yes. But I can't get an XR4Ti sedan. Or an XR4Ti wagon. Or an XR4Ti with AWD. Or an XR4Ti that doesn't have what is basically a pinto motor with a diesel generator turbo glued into it.

Ford Sierra. Every Ford Sierra I can find.

I really want this thing with a rally suspension and a hydro handbrake.

It’s because if people are putting on weight to a degree that a vehicle with a take off and landing weight, that is measured in the triple digits, needs to blank out seats. People are just too damn fat.

This is one of those moments where passion outweighs reason. I know this thing is just waiting to stab my savings account in the liver when least expected. But I do want it. NP

And if the only thing you come away with is "I hope the airlines make more money" you need help.

They are going through the same thing here in Phoenix. 5 places I’ve worked for have closed and gone to neighboring states because of the raising wages. It’s no big deal for me, I can just pick up and move to the next job. But a few of the people had a pretty hard time finding another job.
