No it's not. Almost all of the non-readers I know watching the show are starting to feel bad for Cersei. It's just not right. Most people forget about what Cersei has indeed done by the end of A Storm of Swords, but it should not be forgotten.

Yeah but by removing the fact that SHE was the one who ordered all of Robert's bastards to be killed is just plain ridiculous.

The changes they made are stupid. Ramsay needed to be introduced this season so people could see just how vile he is and so they could start hating him. The attempts to make people sympathize for Cersei is also stupid. Just stick to the damn books when it comes to her and Ramsay. Those characters deserve to be hated.
