Banding together? Like in the UK? Like in the US?

Prior to Hitler getting cocky enough to invade, they were 100% ok with Hitler destroying Europe. And they certainly had no problem with killing Jews in their country.

Be that as it may, it doesn’t change what I said. People who are going to vote for Le Pen are definitely going to vote for her. Macron’s voters are a little less reliable. It’s Clinton vs. Trump all over again. You better hope they come through and decide not to stay home in two weeks.

No, but he’s “cosmopolitan,” educated, and did a stint at Rothchild, so the conspiracy nuts see it as the same ball of wax.

He dropped out though ‘cause he was enmeshed in scandal for putting his wife and kids on the payroll.

But gals, we have to elect the first woman President! THINK OF THE LITTLE GIRLS WHO WILL GROW UP THINKING THEY CAN’T BE PRESIDENT OF FRANCE.

So a populist vs a globalist....great.

Yes the free market is to blame for poor airline customer service the Asian airlines are great tho because of all the regulation surely.

Well I’m old so I do remember a time when flying on a U.S. carrier was actually a comfortable and enjoyable experience with real customer service.

Completely agree that passengers can be assholes. But the thing is, being a flight attendant is no different than any other customer-facing job, be it a cashier at Macy’s, or a sales guy at the carpet store, or a waiter at a restaurant. Any and every customer-facing jobs will have its share of asshole customers; yet

Overly broad generalization by a self loathing American.

The American Flight countries hold 80 percent of the Market thanks to ,special government legal dispensations. As a result of this they, for all intents and purposes, A monopoly. They don’t need to worry about customer service anymore.

Here’s the thing. You shouldn’t be paying a couple extra hundred dollars for good service. It’s like paying $30 for a hot dog because the guy cooking it smiled.

I was on a United flight that got delayed late last year. I was in a line waiting to talk to their customer service desk at the terminal with 20 or so other people. The second the clock hit 9PM the united employees left with double digit people still waiting in line to find out if they could get a refund or rebook.

How would more regulation prevent assholes from being assholes? Is there going to be Professionalism Inspectors on every flight? More government isn’t always the answer

Now that they are expanding more to California and the east coast hopefully the rest of the country will get a taste of why those of use from the northwest swear by Alaska Airlines. Top-notch service of course but the best thing is the lack of attitude, you really do get the idea that they are there to help you rather

Deregulated or not, the US airline industry is still one of the most regulated industries in the country.

After using domestic airlines all my life, I felt like royalty the first time I flew internationally on an Asian airline. I had no idea flying could be such a pleasant experience before that.

It’s absolutely possible, depending on where you live and how much the parents care about exposure to the word. It’s less about them hearing the word and more about the kid being taught it’s not an appropriate word to use. The 10 year old kid inserted “fuck” properly into a sentence! This tells me he uses the word on

Nobody needs to accept that kind of behavior on the job from a goddamn child. If you find it so noble to have a kid flip out and hit you, go do it for a few weeks. This is why we have terrible teachers. People are upset because the teacher doesn’t want to be physically assaulted for a paycheck. Boy how unreasonable of
