great advice to the question. I would add the obvious...make use of your free Sunday time for meals to eat starting Tues/Weds. We (my wife and I) make meals like soups and chilis and let them rest in the fridge for T/W/R, and then make Sunday on the spot w/leftovers for Monday. Yea, its more work on Sunday afternoon…
