Um, I don't think those censorship laws are why Germany has stayed fascist-free since the end of WW2, although it probably didn't hurt in the short term. Nor do I think the lack of such laws are why they were so militaristic during the first half of the 20th century.

You can smoke some 'bath salts' like meth or crack, apparently. Depends on the chemical used (since there are many different ones being passed off as 'bath salts' or 'glass cleaner' these days).
