Wonder if it’ll be as brutally difficult as the boardgame?
Wonder if it’ll be as brutally difficult as the boardgame?
Bummer. Was hoping for a new multiplayer jump-in co-op horror game.
One, I didn’t say I was offended.
It’s an incredibly dumb idea. You basically just find yourself with your nose in the manual the whole time. I loved Phantasy Star IV, but when the PS3 version came out and it reminded me that it had no descriptions for items, it made me not want to bother playing it. Acting like it’s somehow a good thing to not give…
I don’t agree with video games causing a fetishization of guns. We’ve been gun loving way before videogames were invented. My dad talks about bringing his rifle to high school and shooting with his friends in the 70s. Media may have a role, but it’s the same story for decades. My dad would watch Rifleman and other…
This is something i’ve been grappling with for months now. I don’t think that video games create mass shooters and murderers. However, the more I consider it, the more I’m coming to terms that video games are a large reason behind the fetishization of guns in America. We are trained from a young age to covet them, to…
Free speech doesn’t mean what you think it means.
Free speech does not protect one from the repercussions of reckless or ill-considered speech. “Allowed to” (yes, of course) does not mean “free from judgment.” Ad-libbing the n-word to a public audience is a stupid, context-deaf action.
Free speech doesn’t enter into it one way or another. No part of this story involves the Government trying to abridge the first amendment rights of a citizen.
“Free speech means that, in addition to the government not being able to censor or arrest me for my speech — i’m immune from criticism and consequences!”
Honestly? Why does any K-12 school have open, unrestricted WiFi for students to just use for whatever? I can see for classwork on a laptop or something, but it should be password protected that you need a login from a teacher or librarian or whatever to get online.
This seems like the right answer. Just have the network admin block the Fortnite/PUBG server domains. If they want to play, they’ll have to do it by blowing out mommy/daddy’s data plans.
It’s a completely different kind of game, but the whole concept of winning a game about lying by always telling the truth reminds me of “Sheriff of Nottingham”
While it’s easy to forget when one is plugged into the web so much, Anime still has a huge amount of stigma from everyday folks that I think is an important counterpoint to this. Yes it shouldn’t be mindblowing that people are into anime. However, what the actual point is is that they’re also referring to it as anime…
Even if Marijuana was legal I would still think sharing a prescription drug would not be. Don’t share drugs kids.
Glad we are finally getting serious about people being polite and respectful as they play a video game together.
(fixed that for ya)
It’s not harem at all. The game obviously let you pursue any of the girls in the game, but in the anime Tomoya leans hard into Nagisa immediately and he never deviates from that. He is still friends with all the other girls (and his useless bro) but he never even makes a pass at them in either season. The second…
‘When Kaz saw through the release of knack 2 he wept for there were no more worlds to conquer.’
Real talk: Sports teams doing well makes living in an area magic.
It’s not their history. For thousands of years (and up until today), that symbol held a very diverse and rather important meaning for the Japanese (and Buddhist) culture. That is their history. And they don’t see a reason to forsake it for our benefit.
