You seem to be missing the point. Most of the complaints center around the availability, or lack thereof, of back catalog games. It’s easy to say, “Well it’s just $20” or “Just cancel it”, but neither of those results in more games. So people complain that they want more games. Doesn’t seem that egregious to me.
