I'd agree with you, but I'd say the number of parents that are intelligently and deliberately not following ESRB guidelines are more the exception than the rule. Most parents that do this are just being lazy. And when they're lazy it's a crapshoot as to whether or not the kid can handle it. But without anyone there…
