Trying to get back below 300LB. I just got back below 310 in November despite the best efforts of the turkey day feast. So slowly but surely.

Perhaps unambitious...but I want to start a simple exercise routine, and actually stick to it. I’m thinking about beginning with a bodyweight routine, since the equipment requirements are almost nonexistent and it can be done almost anywhere.
