That’s an LS3 intake manifold (verified via the part number visible in a photo), so it has either LS3 or L92 heads on it. If the previous owner threw in a nice sized cam when the swap was performed, then there’s no reason to doubt the close to 500hp claim. Unfortunately the listing doesn’t mention any cam specs.
