Some vehicles that are equipped with a DCT can’t be easily shifted into neutral if the car is inoperable. From firsthand experience the C8 Corvette requires a special tool, the removal of some components, and an extra person to hold the transmission in neutral (using the tool) while the car is moved.

I’m a few days late to the party but these keyless ignition systems make your cars vulnerable to theft. The number of modern keyless ignition equipped cars that are stolen in my area is pretty alarming.
