10-4. It’s free up to a cap so whatever I do pay will be fairly minor in comparison to the (possible) value produced. From a tax perspective I’ve heard this is a nightmare to deal with so I’m overall kind of taking this as an experiment.

This 100%. I hate uber as a company but if they built a model that could somehow accurately predict and respond to terrorist threats then one would assume they’d be in bigger markets than ridesharing.
