Telus already does this in Canada. I can use my Xbox 360 as a cable box and watch all my channels on it including recorded TV. Still need to have a PVR to record though.

Shaw does this too. I remember opening a torrent with an MMO running and Shaw would throttle my speeds. But even after the p2p program was off, the game would lag horribly. Pretty sure it was 'cause they mistook the MMO as part of the P2P program and would throttle it every time I tried to play.

There's an exploit that allows you to download premium content onto a USB and play it for free. Fairly certain you need a modded 360 to do this. You can Google for the dirty details.
