Around here, there are companies that tend to have awful drivers and companies that have good ones. You often hear that Swift stands for “Sure Wish I’d Finished Training.”

I’d agree with both comments. By and large around the country I find truckers to be pretty good except when in congested areas. I have been in the area the original comment said and yup, its true they just juggernaut the left and F everyone until they get their passes done.
Well dang. You learn something new everyday. Transit Connect is awesome too.
Excellent story. Your friend’s feelings on the matter are very close to my own. I feel most people are not sincere when they say it, and it makes me uncomfortable. These days the only times I really feel comfortable talking about my time in the military is when I’m talking to other vets. I don’t have to explain…
if our substandard public education system would/could teach all of our citizens what “fascism” actually is.
“breaks....breaks....breaks”
I definitely do NOT agree with that. Even if in some ways it does. It is quite obvious to me how much sketchier cars are in states with no inspection. Just walk around a parking lot in Florida and see how many cars have tires with cords showing. I can only imagine the state of the brakes. Most people have no clue at…
Maybe we just need to get rid of that pesky ‘work’ thing, and fish and ski instead.
The article is exactly wrong. The bill would make DST PERMANENT, not get rid of it. There would be no more time changes though.
I hate changing time but maybe they chose the wrong one? From the NY Times article:
I had a lot of work done over the last month at the house. HVAC and tree work.
Your story kept getting better and better and still managed to blow a spectacular load. Thank you for that.
Between the 40 gallon gas tank and the catalytic converter, the bro-dozers are a one-stop-shop!
Exactly. The easiest target is going to be the one theives go for. Considering something like a Super Duty holds 40 gallons of gas, that’s $160 worth right there. And these are trucks you can slide under in seconds.
See that’s why Truck Nutz exist. Is it REALLY worth $120 in gas to get tee-bagged by a F-150?
Even post-pandemic I don’t see myself flying without a mask on. Seems like an easy way to reduce the liklihood of picking up any germs while being in a confined space with the public.
Correct. It's worth noting that the 1.4 is tuned down a little for the Dart, and the Dart of that year was around 700-900 lbs heavier than the Fiat 500. The Dart is the size of the MKV VW Jetta.
Depending on the circumstances, we might also be able to re-christen it the Schadenfreude
Turn it into a gay cruise
If the issues they had with the Bolt continue, Blazer is the perfect name for this.
