I don’t get a lot of this commentary. It sounds like everybody has been spoiled by the level of writing these days. What about the homage to Kolchak the Night Stalker? What a cool idea, a monster that becomes a man dressed like Darren McGavin! That is excellent trivia people..

To be fair, we always knew the bookend episodes were going to be terrible because Chris Carter penned the scripts. I’ll take this run as a win simply because of Darin Morgan’s Were-Monster episode. Give me at least one of these a “season” and I’ll be back for more, Carter episodes and all. If only the man could let go…
