You’re conflating these instances. In one its an internal discussion about events that may be modern politics, job dynamics, compensation, etc. — This is for management and the employees to discuss what’s going on and come to something that may benefit them and the company.

Yeah, the old “no loops, no crazy tricks” wooden coasters that felt like they were held together with termites and wood glue and your “safety feature” was a rusty, wobbly aluminum bar secured by a hex nut from an Ikea dresser were by far the most terrifying roller coasters to ride.

I remember watching a TV show about the new generation of coasters. It started off as a typical “isn’t this AWESOME!” infomercial type thing, then surprisingly took a left turn into interviews with engineers who were like “there’s no way in hell I’d ride this thing”. And this was like 25 years ago.
