Nope, there’s no setting to change it and on some Samsung televisions (like mine) you can’t disable it on the television side.

I’m the complete opposite; I have one of those televisions that the Switch keeps auto-switching the HDMI input when it’s asleep, so I’m continually pulling it out of the dock :(
