We used to lovingly refer to the off campus area as the UD Ghetto. The administration doesn't like it much and has bought up much of it and tried to tame it.

UD has been there before. More than a few times. And they act like that EVERY time.

Having lived in the UD "Ghetto" in the 80's, I can tell you there were often mornings where my street looked like that.
