From someone that never watched the anime, I thought it was great! The action was interesting, the music was interesting (but nothing I’d pull up a soundtrack to listen to), the visuals were great, I loved the cast, and the whole future aesthetic was wonderful.

JLD said she couldn’t keep a straight face because Jerry Stiller was just absolutely nailing it. I remember seeing it on a Seinfeld clips show and Stiller played it straight the whole time. Hilarious.
