Oh, forgot I had this - here’s a Google Doc with estimated airing times for every episode. It looks like it is still pretty close to the real-time schedule.

I’m probably biased towards DeCaro in that I enjoyed the movie coverage because movies - and I kind of miss that about the more political bent the show has taken since the early 2000s. I won’t deny his act was broad and certainly reliant on mannerisms and tropes that might have been best left back in the ‘90s with In

Yay, I’m not the only one watching!

Nope, if you miss Jeopardy!, you miss it. You can find illegal streams of it several days after the fact but with a daily game show, eh. Of course, what happens when the pre-season starts here is that the local affiliate pre-empts it every Friday in favor of Hey, Let’s See What’s Up With The Patriots (not the real

I’m trying to think of what I even watch on television - that can’t be streamed - that isn’t a complete embarrassing admission. Hannibal, until those dicks at NBC moved it to Saturday night (hello, torrenting!). Jeopardy! Wait, that’s embarrassing.

Oh, totally. And some of the episodes have had fortuitous present-day resonance. For instance, the same day that we were seeing pictures of Pluto from New Horizons, Lewis Black had a “Back in Black” segment talking about the launch of New Horizons. Little details like that just give me dork-related happiness :)

Ugh, it’s really unfortunate that not a single person said, “Hey, maybe we need more than four ads to rotate through every 22-minute episode.”

The tofu one is a favorite, for his offhand memories of being deprogrammed from a college cult in a Motel 8.

Oh definitely check it out! I mean, you can watch every episode individually on the Comedy Central site but there’s something about just letting it run, not picking and choosing, that gets you caught up more in the wave of the times. You catch small moments and changes you’d miss if you were only specifically

I use a VPN with a European-based IP, and all my ads are for Comedy Central shows. The same four fucking shows and ads over. And over. And over. Like, didn’t it occur to anyone at the network that perhaps mixing the ads up over the course of six weeks would be wise?

What have they done to Kinja since I last checked in? Jeebus cripes, it looks different yet not improved. Would everyone not rather have it work efficiently vs. look pretty while malfunctioning every thirty seconds? Ugh.

You’ve still got five years to go before they catch up with the final show on August 6th! I’ve just left the stream playing 24/7 for the last however-many weeks. I will concede that the limited variety of advertisements is kind of driving me batty (keep it on for six hours and you’ll understand - now imagine that

Ha ha :) Comedy Central has been streaming Every Episode Ever of The Daily Show since Stewart began hosting at http://www.cc.com/events/month-o…. The marathon started on June 26th and as of today they’re in early March, 2010 It’s interesting to watch how not just the show but American culture evolved over the years in

I look forward to the Nugget Baron’s carrying Roger’s water on this come Monday.

I need this translated into Bill Simmons-ese: If Gawker Media was The Karate Kid....

What could possibly go wrong??

Caught this song performed during “The Month of Zen”* last night.

By all reports, next week is going to be a busy one with a Gawker “relaunch” and the physical move into the new offices.

Books, assuming that’s something she loves.
